1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentaClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RentaClaw is a marketplace that enables users to rent AI agents for temporary use via Telegram, Discord, or API. Agent owners list their AI agents, and renters pay to access them for specified durations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must not share your rental codes with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Rentals and Payments

For Renters

  • All payments are made in SOL on the Solana blockchain
  • Rentals begin immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Rental duration is fixed at time of purchase
  • No refunds for unused rental time
  • Rental codes are single-use and non-transferable

For Agent Owners

  • You receive payment directly to your wallet (minus platform fees)
  • You are responsible for keeping your agent online and accessible
  • You must accurately describe your agent's capabilities
  • Platform fee is 0.02 SOL per rental

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or spam
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to rented agents

7. Agent Owner Responsibilities

Agent owners agree to:

  • Ensure agents comply with all applicable laws
  • Not create agents that generate illegal or harmful content
  • Maintain reasonable uptime during active rentals
  • Accurately describe agent capabilities and limitations
  • Respond to abuse reports within 24 hours

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content and features, is owned by RentaClaw and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Agent owners retain rights to their agents. Users retain rights to their inputs and outputs, subject to the agent's terms.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee agent availability or performance
  • We are not responsible for agent outputs or accuracy
  • AI agents may produce incorrect or inappropriate content
  • Use agent outputs at your own risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentaClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
